Natalie Scott is the Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church in Grants Pass, Oregon. Throughout her ministry career, she has worked in eight different parishes in five different states, gaining throughout each program wide and varied first hand experience of ‘trench work’ parish ministry. Her education includes a Masters in Theology from the University of Dallas, Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Briar Cliff University, and Certificate in Youth Ministry Studies from the Center of Ministry Development. In addition, Natalie was one of the ‘guinea pigs’ for the new, national certification process promulgated by the USCCB; in the spring of 2013, she became one of the first individuals to receive a National Certification as Youth Ministry Leader from the National Federation for Catholic Youth Ministry. Her journey in ministry has been both joyful and humbling; she strives to always stay centered in prayer and possess uncompromising thirst for truth. Natalie’s passion is to ‘minister to the ministers’, to give the lay ministers the theological, spiritual, and practical tools that they need to fulfill the call of our Lord in their ministry to the Church.
