Tom Connolly is the Associate Director for Program Operations for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Western Ecology Division in Corvallis, Oregon. Prior to this position, Tom served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years holding several leadership and training positions and received over 900 hours of classroom instruction in leadership and management in addition to earning a B.S. in Management and an M.B.A. Tom has been a long-time student and practitioner of leadership behaviors and principles and has a passion to inspire others to become better leaders with a focus that the source of effective leadership emanates from the Holy Trinity. Tom and his wife, Kristine, are members of Queen of Peace parish in Salem, Oregon and have two sons, Justin and Cody. Justin is a U.S. Marine stationed at Ft. Meade, Maryland with the NSA as a Korean linguist and Cody is a recent graduate of Oregon State University who will be teaching English in Korea in 2014.
